A recognised face in both Irish and international food, Mark is best known for presenting well-regarded TV series including Off Duty Chef, Cook Like a Chef, and Beyond the Menu. His debut cookbook Flavour won the An Post Irish Cookbook of the Year, while his follow up title Season was a no. 1 bestseller.
